Item arrived on my pallet. As you can see, the unit is brand new and has never been used. The hose and power cable are still factory sealed.

It is missing the yellow closing lid that covers the steam cap (It has no function other than cosmetic)

And it is missing the middle holder that just holds the wand when you are not using it

Pricing fairly due to this, however this item is new and unused

These retails for $170 new, so it just doesn’t come with the two parts as mentioned (and no accessories)
