Warranty

  • Used equipment is covered for six months from the invoice date, unless otherwise stated.

  • If your equipment fails due to normal use, please contact our customer service department so that we can assist you, We will repair or replace your equipment at our discretion. In some situations, we may choose to refund the full purchase price of an item.

  • This warranty does not cover:

    • Intentional or accidental abuse or neglect.
    • Any batteries or bulbs that may be included in your purchase.

  • There is no express or implied warranty beyond what it is stated. Please contact seller for full details.

Terms of Sale

  1. Shipping

    At Roberts/UsedPhotoPro, we take pride in our shipping promptness. We strive to ship out every order the same day or next business day, depending on the time of day that your order is placed. We want you to receive the item as quickly as possible!

    Items over $250 in value will be shipped 'signature required.' This policy exists to protect our customers due to the increase risk of fraud in the electronics industry. If you do not want your item shipped 'signature required' you must contact us directly. Any packages that are Returned to Sender will incur a $20 RTS Fee.

  2. Sales tax

    Your State's local sales tax rate will be applied to your order where required by law.

  3. Returns

    30 day return privilege, All items over $1,500 will incur a 15% restocking fee.

  4. Local Pickup

    Roberts/UsedPhotoPro is NOT currently offering local pickup for eBay purchases.

International Customers:

  • We are now utilizing eBay’s International Shipping Service. This will allow eBay to handle all customs, duties and taxes in one centralized location. If you have any questions concerning any of these topics, please contact eBay support directly. This shipping service will route your package through eBay International Shipping hub in Illinois, USA and then expedited to your destination. This will not extend the length of your shipment.
