Vintage Party Time Kooler by Hamilton Skotch Made in Ottawa, KS USA .  In colors Red and White.  Adjustable strap.  Will hold 18 x 12oz cans.  Has been cleaned, shows some signs of use and some stains inside, see all photos, but overall excellent preowned condition for it's age.
