Boeing 747-400 HS-TGM was delivered in November 1992 and flew exclusively for Thai Airways for 21 years. It flew intercontinental flights to key destinations as part of a fleet that brought Thai Airways to its stature as one of the top airlines in Asia. The airline's motto is The First Choice Carrier with Touches of Thai, with the aim to spread awareness of the uniqueness of Thai culture, its customs, and traditions. The colorful purple livery remains a favorite of spotters all over the world. It retired in December 2013 and will live on as part of the MotoArt fleet of PlaneTags.
