She will need some cleanup. It looks fairly standard. I know that some older dolls can be delicate and I don't want to risk damaging it. For a doll that is as old as it is, I believe it's in pretty solid shape. I am not an expert on baby dolls. I have no control over shipping cost. If ever any issues, I'm only a message away.
