Comes as shown, clean, I have no other accessories. 

House folds into itself for easy storage, house was played with and is in good condition but it is not flawless, there may be a missing tab or loose hinge here or there.  There is some marker on the box.

If you are looking for a perfect set please purchase a different one, if you are looking for a nice example to play with or set up for display this one could work for you.
