Venetian Millefiori Style Hand Blown Glass Bubble Tumbler Murano??? 

Estate item in excellent condition – Measures 4.25” t x 3.75” w – Very heavy weighing 1 lb. 6 oz before packing – Smooth on the outside but you can feel the air bubbles on the inside – Could probably be used as a candle holder
