Royal decree by King of Spain, Charles III (1716-1788), giving Infant Don Gabriel De Borbon Y Sajonia (1752-1788), and his descendants, the perpetual administration and the Gran priority of Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem in the regions of Castile and León. 

Infante don Gabriel de Borbón y Sajonia, son of King Charles III, was the brother of Charles IV of Spain and Fernando IV of Naples.  In 1785, the same year this decree was issued, Gabriel De Borbon, married Princess Maria Victoria of Portugal (1768-1788), daughter of Queen Maria I and Pedro II of Portugal.
