Usage:

1. Insert the key into the lock cylinder and rotate it to open.

2. Pull the lock joint and pull out the third section lock hook.

3. Open the lock joint and hook the third lock onto the clutch. (Accelerator or brake)

4. Put the knuckle of the steering wheel lock on the steering wheel.

5. Take out the key, tighten the knot and the second section, and lock it completely.
