Due to the convenient rolling of the ball transfer units, objects such as work plates and material boxes running on it can be easily slid, thus greatly reducing the labour intensity of workers. The distribution density of the ball transfer units can be set arbitrarily according to different load-bearing requirements, and different load-bearing capacity of the ball can also be selected.

Carbon Steel: Carbon steel ball transfer units, the main ball is made of G200 carbon steel (HRC53-58) with high hardness, high flexibility and wear resistance, the shell is made of high carbon steel stamping, high hardness and no deformation.
Nylon: Nylon solid ball transfer units, the main ball is made of reinforced nylon material (POM), with high abrasion resistance and hardness, flexible and silent, etc., to protect the conveying products, not easy to scratch. the shell is made of high carbon steel stamping, high hardness and no deformation.
Stainless Steel: The stainless steel ball transfer units, main ball, shell and internal fittings are all made of A2 stainless steel (304 stainless steel) (SUS304) , which is non-polluting and not easily rusted in humid environments.
