Usage Suggestion

• First 3 weeks: Use gear 5, 20 minutes each session, 3–4 times daily (interval ≥ 1 hour).
• From week 4: Increase usage gradually. If swelling occurs, reduce usage.

Precautions

1. Do not place the host on a bed or sofa – it blocks heat dissipation and may damage the device.
2. If used on a bed/sofa, place a cardboard under the host for ventilation.
