SHORT WAVE UV

Rare and attractive larger specimen of a Nepheline Syenite called Grannaite. Contains some very nice rich pink colored Eudialyte along with a host of other minerals including Aegirine, Nepheline, Feldspar, Sodalite etc..

There could be some quite rare minerals and some I could not identify in this specimen and possibly some Rare Earth ones as this locale has several.

Fluoresces a greenish white under long wave (pic #5) and under short wave there is red, green and a sort of white color that fluoresce (pics #1,7).

From the Norra Karr complex, Sweden.

233 grams.

12.5 cm length roughly.

I do combine shipping!

NOTE!
I used a filtered Convoy S2 long wave UV flashlight and a 5 watt short wave lamp to show the fluorescence in the photos.
