When you receive your Unlock Code you will need to insert a sim currently not accepted and turn device on. The Device will ask for the Unlock Code, you enter your Unlock Code we have provided.

Unlock Codes are direct from Factory Server, 99% of the time the Unlock Code will work.  If for any reason the Unlock Code does not work, please send ‘Video Proof’ of you entering the Unlock Code, the device giving code error message and the IMEI displayed on the phone (dial *#06# for the IMEI)
