Camera has a small smudge and the beginning of a crack in the mount shown up close in last 2 pictures. Powers on and I did a factory reset, I cannot get it to join newest Arlo app in iOS, I went on web and this camera model was end of life Jan 1st 2025, but people are still buying these on eBay maybe they have an older version of the app and it still works? Do not buy this camera unless you know how to support it, if this is your first Arlo and you don't have an older version of the app this will probably not work for your. These do NOT support RTSP per google, there maybe a GitHub firmware hack for these to support RTSP, but I didn't go down that rabbit hole.
