Our factories focus on quality and durability of the powder coating process. Metal parts are individually prepped, sanded, hung, coated and re-coated again. We ensure accurate color matching and use the highest quality of paint materials to ensure long lasting durability with rust protection and prevention. This results in uniform high-quality smooth finishes without sags or drip marks. Additionally, our paints are inspected at the factories to be environmentally safe, by passing or exceeding TCCA Title VI (EPA) compliant standards.

Specifications are important, and knowing the capacity loads is a must. For every new design, our factories go through rigorous stress testing to confirm the stated load capacity of our products. Additionally, as musicians, we always like to do a personal test with real use results. We use our own equipment to load up the product above the weight capacity to confirm the product still performs as it should in real situations.
