Postage is charged per order to cover delivery costs.
Free postage is automatically applied when your basket total is £10 or more (in a single checkout).

To get the best value, we recommend adding the items you want to your basket and checking out together so the free postage threshold can apply.

We carefully check all items prior to dispatch and we hope you are satisfied with the quality of your order.

Postage and Packing
All orders are packed securely to protect your LEGO parts in transit. Items are typically supplied in a new clear re-sealable bag and, where appropriate, sent in a protective envelope or Jiffy bag. Larger or more fragile items may be sent in a sturdy cardboard box with additional protection.

Dispatch is usually same or next working day (Monday to Friday). Orders are sent by Royal Mail (service shown at checkout). Tracking may be added where appropriate.

Returns
We offer a full 30-day no-quibble refund on all ?Buy it Now? items.

If you?re returning due to a change of mind, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. If we have sent the incorrect item in error, please message us first and we will resolve it quickly.
