Strongly attributed to noted Regency artist Sir Frances Leggatt Chantrey RA (British 1781-1841), this detailed work depicts Sir George Nayler, Garter King of Arms at the coronation of William IV. It was likely drawn from life and although unsigned has old title to mount and label verso. The work is bright, well framed and ready to hang.

The framed work measures 35 cm (13 3/4 in) wide by 49 cm (19 1/4 in) tall. Please contact us with any questions before bidding or buying.
