Here we have a vintage collector's edition of Gulliver's Travels, by Jonathan Swift. This collectible hardcover edition was published by Grosset & Dunlap as part of their Illustrated Children's Classics collection, and includes black and white and color illustrations by Aldren Watson. The original slipcover is included.
The book itself is in excellent condition. The binding is tight and square, the hinges are strong, and the page corners are crisp. There are no rips, creases or markings inside or out. There is some fading on the spine. The slipcover is soiled and has definite edge wear, but is structurally sound and is still protecting the book.
