This heavy duty hat stretcher can be used for all hat sizes from 6-1/2”(SM) to 8-1/8”(XXL) and larger. It has a head circumference range of 20.5" to 25.5".

CNC machined in the USA from all metal and wood (no plastic), this stretcher will allow you to stretch your hat up to 2 sizes and maintain that size for the life of the hat.
