This multi-listing is for sets spooky Halloween themed decals (water transfers).
Simply cut out the decals, place them in water for 10 to 20 seconds and then slide them onto the desired surface, and smooth out with the damp brush or similar.
These are suitable for nails - you should use a UV varnish topcoat, and not a traditional solvent based nail varnish.
For application to miniatures and the like, an acrylic varnish is great,
