Hand Scraper with " Scraped " Finish, Way Scraper, 18" Long w/ Handle.  We are not 100% sure what this tool is, but it looks like a hand way scraping tool probably made from a file. The end is rounded over and would need work to be used as a scraper.  The tool has a "scraped" finish on both side. The tang is offset and that leads us to believe it is tool maker made from a file, but the width is consistent all the way down.  The thickness is tapered from the end as pictured with the caliper.  Normal use, wear, and age show.
