Plasma CNC Specific Features When Using The INCLUDED THC External Sensor Module.
The THC Sensor Module Is Also Offered In An Internal Unit To Be Mounted Inside Your Plasma Controller When It Has Built In Voltage Conditioning.
This unit is designed to be mounted on your plasma directly as its the "external" mount version to support a 50:1 voltage divider due to your plasma system not having a low voltage output. (Meaning your plasma cutter only outputs 300v)
If your plasma system supports a conditioned voltage at 10v then you'll want to purchase my "internal" mount version to be mounted within your CNC controller.

THC Sensor V3 is a device designed to enable monitoring of plasma torch arc voltage by the ETH-Compact motion controller in order to realize THC function (AKA Torch Height Control).
More closely, the role of the THC Sensor is to adapt arc voltage obtained from a plasma inverter and transfer it in safe and reliable way to the motion controller.
The THC Sensor features galvanic isolation of the signal from plasma inverter and two input options are possible: with voltage divide ratio 1:50 or 1:1.
Using THC regulator integrated in ETH-Compact motion controller allows for integrated torch height control for plasma cutting CNC Robots.
The Input circuit of THC Sensor is designed to suppress EMI that is present during plasma cutting.
The Input circuit, output circuit, and power supply circuit are all galvanically isolated one from each other.
This revision THC Sensor introduces additional new filters for the ETH-Compact ethernet controller added to prevent EMI penetration on input circuit from high voltage peaks from utilizing different types of plasma inverters.
The ETH-Compact ethernet controller when utilizing this THC sensor provides advanced features within its firmware for end users to combine them with a custom free Mach3 screen set for "peak tuning" of your robot.
This motion control software has no G-code limit, and is free to use for life with the purchase of this controller
