I’m selling this for parts or repair. It does not have a power cord, but I put batteries in to test it and the music plays as it should. The head neck area will move forward, but his mouth has trouble moving. The tail does not flap either. I don’t know if it was supposed to originally, but as you can see in the pictures it looks like the tail was either glued on or it got too much heat and melted into the main piece. The tail underneath does not look melted at all so it makes me want to believe it is glue, but I am uncertain. This is in need of a good cleaning, but I will leave that to the buyer so I do not damage anything. Batteries are not included. See pictures for condition details as they are part of the description.
