Here is a new in the package set of reproduction risers for Harley.
These are reproductions of the old Hellings and Stelling style risers which were an aftermarket accessory in the '40's. The vintage Big Twin Flathead, Knuckleheads and 45's had the handlebars as an integral part of the the fork "top tree" or "triple clamp".
A rider wanting aftermarket handlebars would have to address this issue. One way was to create risers that would clamp to the upwards pointing stumps remaining after the stock bars were amputated. S&H did exactly that. They cast risers that would tilt inward and position the new bar clamps to be horizontal. These accurate reproductions are cast from "antiqued" stainless steel and polished.
NOTE* These are not compatible with triple clamps that have horizontal pointing stumps, such as Flanders or Flanders type replicas.

Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs associated with processing and restocking the item.
By complying with eBay’s new policy, we are offering 30-day free returns, but please understand that any return outside of a manufacturer defect will be carefully reviewed and subject to these conditions.
