Designed for gamers who need or prefer one-handed control, this right-hand-only clip-on modification allows you to play your favorite games with just one hand. Whether for accessibility needs, injury recovery, or simply because you want to snack while you play Call of Duty, this attachment provides a comfortable and functional way to game with one hand. Compatible with Dualsense 5 controllers. I've tested these adapters with a whole variety of games such as God of War, Infamous, Dark Souls 2, and Diablo 4.

How It Works:
The design keeps essential D-Pad, Share buttons and triggers within reach of your right hand by using rigid button extenders to mirror the side of the controller that is out of reach. Personally, I use my middle finger to control both triggers, my index finger for both shoulder buttons, and my thumb for all the buttons and right analog stick. The left stick can be controlled by resting the textured pad on a desk and moving the whole controller, though I've found it to be more comfortable to rest it on my leg instead.

I've left the Touch Pad open and accessible because there are some games (like Infamous) where touchpad controls cannot be disabled.

Optionally, you can bundle this with a JOYSTICK STABILIZER bowl. The textured pad on the bottom of the joystick arm works best when used on a textured surface like a desk mat or your pants if you use the joystick arm on your leg. On a slippery surface like a hardwood desk, the joystick arm will slide around. If you don't have a desk mat, don't find it comfortable play with the controller on your leg, or just want a little bit less potential for play in the joystick arm, then the stabilizer bowl is for you. Personally, I have never felt a need to use one as I have a good desk mat, but I have this here as another option for those of you who may find benefit from using one.

I have two versions available here:
The desk mounted version slides on to the edge of any desk that is no more than 1.75" thick. This one can be adjusted down the length of the desk

The part of the print that's just the bowl, without the desk mounted portion is the cup/leg mount and can be used how you see fit. I use this version by either wrapping it in a sock and placing it inside of a heavy bottomed glass, or by using the velcro band to strap it to the top of your leg. This is a useful setup if you prefer the location of your stabilizer bowl to not be limited to the edge of a desk or find a setup like this to be more comfortable.

When You Receive it:
This adapter will come fully assembled. The only thing you will need to do is install the joystick cradle and linkage bar. I made the tolerances tight but manageable with the idea that this adapter can be installed and assembled the rest of the way with one hand.

Here is an install guide if you would like to see that. Timestamps for this adapter is in video description:

Or a short if you prefer:

The trigger and bumper levers have been redesigned to allow you to activate both at once now. This is useful for aiming and shooting at the same time on first person shooters if you do not want to do any remapping. I also send this with an extra joystick linkage bar, and an extra set of the trigger and bumper levers should you ever need them.

Made from PLA Pro for Strength and Rigidity

When I started listing 3d Prints, I was only making gaming accessories like controller holders and headphone stands. Eventually, I wanted to branch out and use my resources to make something that could be genuinely useful to someone in a more meaningful way. That's when I started working on these one handed controller adapters. My grandma lived with MS and relied on adaptive gear to help her in her daily life, so this is also partly inspired by her.
