This manifold kit Designed for the GT45 T4 Turbo with T4 flange and come with 38MM 2-Bolt Wastegate flange welded, 
specially designed for Chevy/GMC 5.0 TBI 305 or 5.7 TBI 350 engines. 

Compatible with 1988-1998 Chevy/GMC models like Silverado, Sierra, Tahoe, Suburban, Yukon.
GT45 T4 Turbo for maximum power.
Reinforced SBC Turbo Manifolds with T4 Flange.
