This smoker thermometer had a 2 1/4" dial that has luminescent ink that glows in the dark for easy low light viewing. it screws into the hole in the smoker lid. you can them easily monitor the ambient temperature inside your smoker to assure that your meat cooks at a constant temperature. This thermometer is also oven safe.
