Grading Scale

• Grade A: Device is in near flawless condition, with only very minor cosmetic defects such as a slightly worn keyboard, and/or minor discoloration around the edges. Minimal dings, dents, or scratching.

• Grade B: Device will show minor defects such as a worn keyboard, minor scratching, and/or minor dents.

• Grade C: Device will show noticeable wear from regular use; may include scratches, dings, dents. LCD may have slight white spots, or minor discoloration. 

• Grade D: Device will show very noticeable wear from excessive use; may include a very worn keyboard, scratches, dents, dings, gouges, white spots on the LCD, and scrapes.
