How a Salt Chlorination System Works
1. Add pool salt (NaCl) to the water.
2.The water dissolves the salt to a concentration similar to the size of a tear drop.
3.The chlorinator adjusts the chlorine output to achieve the perfect balance.
4.The salt conversion device converts the salt into chlorine gas (Cl₂).
5.The chlorine gas (Cl₂) reacts with the pool water to form disinfecting and sterilizing hypochlorous acid (HOCl).
