A terrific blend of Arabica coffee beans. From the nutty aroma and silky-smooth body of the Brazil Minas Gerais. To the Huila region where some of Colombias finest coffees are produced. Finished with just the right amount of premium coffee beans from the Llamatepec region of El Salvador.

DECAF: 

Background:
The Chiapas region is home to Mexico´s largest & oldest coffee farms, some are more than a hundred years old. With the influence of the Atlantic Ocean on one side & the Pacific Ocean on the other side, the mountain slopes of the Sierra Madre create special microclimates for coffee farming. Mexico El Tucan coffee is decaffeinated by Mountain Water Process which involves sourcing natural mountain water from Pico De Orizaba soaking & washed the coffee numerous, times & then water is passed through a caffeine filter before being re-introduced to the coffee.

Taste notes:
A sweet and delicious Mexican coffee processed using the Mountain Water decaffeination process, balanced chocolate leads to stone fruit sweetness. Dark chocolate, butterscotch, mandarin, and dried apricot. Ripe gooseberry, orange, and marmalade notes with a sweet lasting finish. Perfectly sweet balanced cup.

Roasting notes:
We roast the El Tucan Decaf Coffee Beans at medium level to get the best out of this wonderful coffee.
