CD is in Very Good condition.  There are a couple small marks near the edge of the CD; when I say small, I mean like an 1/8" or less. These little marks do not affect the quality of sound.  I listened to this CD in its entirety and it played perfectly.

The inlay / artwork / lyric booklet is in MINT condition and the jewel case is in Good+ condition.  There are some light scratches and scuff marks on jewel case but it is not cracked!
