Shipping cost:
We offer free regular shipping through Australia Post and $8 per item for Express Post for all deliveries to Australian addresses.
Delivery time:
We process the order withing 24 business hours as we don't want you to wait for your items.
Regular Post:
NSW - 2 to 5 Business days
All other States - 3 to 7 Business days
Express Post (Additional cost):
NSW - 1 to 2 Business days
All other States - 1 to 3 Business days
International Buyers (Outside of Australia):
We offer International Standard shipping and International Express Shipping. The cost is calculated at checkout based on your location.
International Standard:
5 to 10 business days estimated delivery time between metro areas of major cities. Items shipped through Australia Post and may be subject to delays outside of our control including customs delays.
International Express:
3 to 6 business days estimated delivery time between metro areas of major cities. Items shipped through Australia Post and may be subject to delays outside of our control including customs delays.

We do guarantee that if anything goes wrong, we will be happy to solve the problem.
If your item is faulty then we will be happy to replace or refund the item. We may ask for photos or for the product to be returned to us, but rest assured we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If you change your mind, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please don't open the product or remove tags were possible as some products are non refundable. Postage fees may apply.
