For sale is one USED vintage York Bar Bell 10 lb. cast iron standard 1 inch weight plate. This is made to fit on a 1" bar, and is approximately 7 9/16" in diameter. This is in very usable condition with no major flaws, but could use further cleaning. It has signs of use and / or wear. It has most of the paint lost, and has surface rust.
