  1. This Santoku knife is part of a special series inspired by the "Ultrahard Blades" from the TV anime Attack on Titan.
    Featuring an all-black design that embodies the essence of a NiNJA, this knife is the result of a collaboration with NiNJA, a knife brand from Seki City—a region in Japan renowned worldwide for its high-quality cutlery.
  2. The blade is engraved with diagonal lines, reminiscent of the Ultrahard Blades used by the characters.
    The iconic “Wings of Freedom”—symbol of the Scout Regiment—is designed onto the cutting edge.
    Its most striking feature is the handle, which has been recreated as faithfully as possible to the original design. While it doesn’t allow for blade replacement or anchor shooting, the grip is solid and reliable.
  3. The attention to detail in the design makes it a knife that inspires you to cook just by holding it.
    Unlike mass-produced knives, each blade is hand-sharpened by skilled artisans to create a true double-edged blade.
  4. Seki City in Gifu Prefecture is one of Japan’s most renowned knife-producing regions, proudly representing Japan on the global stage.
    Alongside Solingen (Germany) and Sheffield (UK), it is counted among the world's top three blade-producing cities, often referred to as the “Three S’s of Cutlery.”
    Made with molybdenum vanadium steel, this knife is easy to maintain and features a titanium coating for a sharp edge that lasts.
    Manufactured one by one with care using traditional techniques passed down in Seki City, its high quality is guaranteed.
