Across the shoulders measures 13.75, across the wsist is 15 inches. From the shoulder to the hem is 35 inches, and from the waist to the hem, it is 19 inches.

In some areas on the chest, there is a slight discoloration of the material. I don't believe it is stains, I believe it it's just the material they used. I have tried to show in the pics. Ty.
