This is a beautiful .875 solid silver fork hallmarked with “Kyiv, 3” and “875” next to a star with the hammer and sickle in the center. These hallmarks are in the center of fork on back of the handle. This indicates that the fork was made in Kyiv during the Soviet USSR era, likely in the 1950s or 1960s. It weighs 44 grams and measures 7 inches long. It is in great condition with some light tarnish. It has not been polished. The art nouveau style designs on the back and front of handle are elegant and intricate and this is simply a nice collectible from the Soviet era. Shipped with USPS Ground Advantage.
