Whether it was the flu, food poisoning, or something else MJ was visibly ill. Under these conditions Michael Jordan had one of the defining moments of his career. MJ led the Bulls to victory with 38 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 steals, and one block. After hitting the go ahead shot Michael Jordan was carried off the court by Scottie Pippen. MJ was wearing black and red Air Jordan 12s. Scottie Pippen was wearing black and red Zoom Pippen 1 PEs. This is the Extremely Rare, Friends and Family Air Jordan 12 Flu Game Set! This is one of the most iconic games in NBA's history.  There are plenty of webpages that detail all the events of the games; as well as numerous photos of MJ wearing the Air Jordan 12s.  I have included a few of those photos for visual reference. The Set was never sold to the public. It was made in extremely limited quantities for influencers only. The only people that got these were friends and family members of the Jordan Brand. The Set includes a pair of black and red Air Jordan 12s, an Air Jordan Doctor Bag, a Nike Prescription Pad, and a Custom Jordan Sick Emoji Sticker. This pack is from 2016. The shoes come in their original box and each individual shoe is sealed in a metallic silver pack. The packs have never been opened. The packs feature red Jumpman logos on them and say BREAK OPEN IN CASE OF EMERGENCY 06111997. 06111997 is a reference to the date of the Flu Game which was June 11, 1997. The Custom, NIKE Doctor Bag is black leather with silver hardware. It features a Jumpman logo on the strap. The bag has a lock and comes with two keys. It measures 16" long, 7" wide, and 10" tall. It is brand new and has never been used. The Nike Prescription Pad features a Jumpman logo and Nike's address on it. Nike World Headquarters is located at 1 Bowerman Drive Beaverton, Oregon 97005. The back of each Nike Prescription sheets tells the story of the MJ Flu Game and asked people to tell their unique story. The Sticker is a custom, cartoon emoji of sick MJ. His eyes are Xed out and his tongue is sticking out, and not in the usual way of him sticking his tongue out before taking flight. The custom, Nike sticker is brand new and unused.
