1989 Playmates TMNT Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles rat king BRAND NEW sealed MOC ( Mint On Card) with rare pop up display and unpunched!

Made in Macao.

Cardback lays flat for the most part. Has really small tear on side/edge of cardback, right next to rat king figure in back of card (see picture). Small horizontal vein on back l.

Bubble is crystal clear with one dent on corner near figures left shoulder and a small (outward bump) from what appears to be figures right hand.
