The friction coefficient tester is developed for the measurement of static friction coefficient and dynamic friction coefficient of plastic film and sheet sliding on the surface of itself or other materials, and can meet GB/T1006-1988 "Plastics - Film and Sheet - Determination of Friction Coefficient" It is an ideal test equipment for quality inspection departments and production enterprises at all levels, which can provide you with accurate test results. Professional applicable to measure the static friction coefficient and dynamic friction coefficient of plastic film and sheet, rubber, paper, cardboard, woven bag, fabric style, communication cable fiber optic cable with metal material composite belt, conveyor belt, wood, coating, brake pads, wipers, shoes, tires and other materials when sliding. Through the measurement of material slipperiness, you can control and adjust the quality of material production process indicators to meet the requirements of product use. In addition, it can also be used for cosmetics, eye drops and other daily chemical products to determine the smoothness performance.

b. Printer

Printer-equipped friction testers offer significant advantages in terms of efficiency, data accuracy and reliability for testing the friction properties of a wide range of materials.

c. Sensor

During the test, the high precision sensors record the friction force and sliding distance in real time and calculate the friction coefficient, thus accurately evaluating the friction properties of the material.

d. Slider

The slider is in close contact with the surface of the object to be measured, and is driven by a motor to reciprocate on the surface of the object to be measured, simulating the friction process under actual working conditions and calculating the friction coefficient of the surface of the object to be measured.

e. Friction Head

Wool felt friction heads for coefficient of friction tests are used to hold and protect samples from damage during testing and to ensure the accuracy of test results.

f. Sample Clamp

The clamp is to hold the sample in place and to ensure that it remains stable during the test so that accurate coefficient of friction data can be obtained.

▲ Buyers  from Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Alaska,  Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or other countries/areas, there  WILL be extra shipping costs, please contact us for more detailed  information.
▲ Please  make sure your address is valid for both UPS and USPS services. Any  costs incurred because of incorrect or undeliverable address should  be undertaken by buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

▲ All  returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be  in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with  the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged  items, depending on the condition.
▲ Items  returned under the buyer’s remorse: The return shipping fee must be  covered by the buyer; The original shipping cost will also be  deducted from the refund. 15% restocking fee of the items purchase  price will be charged. 
▲ Returns  that are the result of our seller's error: Buyer will receive a full  refund of the item as well as shipping charges
▲ All  returns require a RA (Return Authorization) number that will be  given by our seller. Please contact with us at first for more  details.

Defective & Damaged Products 

▲ If  product was received damaged or not as described, please send us  some pictures or videos, so we could well understand your problem,  then solve them for you ASAP. Besides, it's much helpful for us to  claim with UPS, remind our related department to pay much more  attention to packaging later on. Hope for your understanding.
▲ Replacement  or refund of defective or damaged products can only be returned in  exchange for the exact same product, or else, the purchase price  will be refunded back to your original payment method. 
▲ If  an item is received damaged, customer service must be contacted  within 7 days of receiving your item. All returns require a RA  (Return Authorization) number as above.
