Brand new in the box. These don't come sealed with any kind of tape but you can see that the figure is still in factory positioning with the plastic protection. The only damage I see to the box is a couple of very small fray spots on the two top flap corners and a little bit of sticker residue on the outside front as  shown in the pictures. Overall, I think it is in great condition, but please see all pictures and judge condition for yourself. Pictures are part of the description. I ship same or next day and am located in the USA.
