Produced by Weatherby Ltd. of Hanley, Staffordshire, England, this piece bears the "Royal Falcon Ware" mark along with a Union Jack banner—used predominantly from the 1920s.  Royal Falcon Ware was a trade name registered by Weatherby for decorative wares including vases, jugs, and ornamental ceramics, often featuring hand-applied overglaze enamel work and transfer prints.
