Payment Policy

Returns accepted – 30 days
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.
How to start a return
Please open a return request through eBay (My eBay → Purchase history → Return this item). Do not send items back without an approved return request and return instructions.
Return conditions
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all accessories and packaging (where applicable). If an item is returned used/damaged or with missing parts, a partial refund may apply in line with eBay’s guidelines.
Who pays return postage
• Change of mind / ordered by mistake: buyer pays return postage.
• Faulty / damaged / not as described: we cover return postage and will work with you to resolve the issue (replacement or refund).
Refunds

Warranty & after-sales support
Seller support (30 days)
We provide 30-day after-sales support from the delivery date. If your item is faulty/DOA or develops a defect within 30 days, please contact us via eBay Messages. We will troubleshoot and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund through the eBay process.
Manufacturer warranty
Many branded products come with a manufacturer warranty (duration and terms vary by brand/model). For issues after 30 days, we may ask you to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service. If you need proof of purchase or seller details, message us and we’ll assist.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised repairs/modifications.
