 auctions  dealers and some going back to childhood where an uncle
 gives you a shoe box full of stamps someone had steamed off

images closely for damage tears and other issues. EBay standard
envelope rates or USPS advantage with a higher insurance value is
available. We ship in card stock envelopes with Glassine and windowed
archive protectors (Re-usable) which is included in the shipping rate.
