If there is a problem with your item, We Will Take Care of It: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described above, we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible at No Cost To You. We will work with you to arrange for repair or replacement if possible. We will issue a return label if return is needed, and we will file a shipping damage claim. You can expect a full refund of your original payment within three business days of our receipt of the returned item.

If you've simply had a change of heart or made an incorrect purchase, we understand. You're welcome to return the item in its original condition, along with all packaging and accessories. PLEASE NOTE; that in such cases, you'll be responsible for both the original and return shipping costs.

It's important to mention that items labeled "AS IS" with a "NO RETURNS" policy are exempt from our standard return procedure. Unfortunately, these items cannot be returned for any reason.

Should you need to cancel your order before it ships, we accommodate mutual cancellations with a nominal $10.00 restocking fee. This fee helps cover the administrative time and processing costs associated with the cancellation.
