DO NOT USE HOUSEHOLD IRON

- 130 deg cel temperature

- 28 seconds , very firm pressure

- cold peel. Allow 2 minutes for nameset to cool off, then carefully peel off the plastic backing.

- do not wash the shirt for 48 hours
