Ultralight Race Hubs were engineered to deliver the strength and reliability required for the new breed of cross country tracks and trail riding, with competitive World Cup weights. Gen 4 Ultralight Race Hubs share the exceptionally wide flange spacing of our TRS and LG1 hubs, meaning a wider spoke path and reduced dish wheel builds, enhancing lateral stiffness and overall wheel strength. Flange angles and chamfered spoke holes are carefully calculated to reduce stress on lightweight J-bend spokes. Ultralight Race hub shells have a minimal diameter profile, extensively CNC optimized inside and out to achieve an incredible 134g front and 296g rear weight, without compromising strength and reliability. Front hubs feature 17mm ID bearings to balance light weight and long wear life. Rear Hubs include e*thirteen's Captive End Cap System, which minimizes preload drag and allows for easy tool-free service. All Ultralight Race Hubs use reliable 6-bolt disc mounts, and 28H drilling configuration.
