The water pressure is not strong enough. Is this normal?
Yes, it’s normal. But our showerhead combo still raises higher water pressure than other normal showerheads, even we pre-installed flow restrictor (for U.S. energy compliance) for responding to save water, which may reduce litttle water pressure.

How to deal with unexpected water leaks?
The main potential water leaks may occure at the connetion thread between the shower arm and 3-way diverter, the 2 ends of the shower hose. Check and ensure the pre-installed black anti-laking washers are place flat and tight. No much teflon tape.

Will this shower set fit my existing shower arm? I’m not sure if the threading is compatible.

After connecting 3-way diverter to the shower arm, use a wrench to ensure the connection is tight and secure, please cover the connection with a towel before using a wrench in case of scratching the product
