This listing is for one white Briggs 7454 porcelain lid in nice condition. 19 x 6 3/4  at the widest outside edges.  Tank width should be about 18 1/8 x 6 1/4.  This is the narrow version of a 7469 for use on 10" rough-in applications.  Shipping cost covers the special packaging and Ground shipping including insurance. No long waits like from the factory.
