This laptop is in excellent working condition. The screen has some bad pixels in the bottom right corner of the screen - please check the 4th picture of the listing for a close up view. The laptop has a new/clean install of Windows 10 Pro 64bit, fully activated and updated.

Refurbishment/Inspection Process:
  1. Initial inspection - Item is inspected visually for condition and preliminary testing is done such as power on / error checks
  2. Cleaning - Item is thoroughly cleaned using materials such as cleaning solutions, isopropyl alcohol, cleaning brushes, cloths, canned air
  3. Factory reset & repair - Factory reset/new installation is performed on the item while any missing or problematic items are repaired/replaced such as a bad battery
  4. First complete testing - Item is tested for full functionality and issues are documented
  5. Final repairs - Any necessary repairs resulting from the testing are completed
  6. Final testing and documentation - Item is tested again to confirm final repairs and documented. Item grading is determined and listing is created.
