This leaning post cushion is constructed out of charcoal and black vinyl over foam padding, features an Excel boats logo embroidered into the top of the seat. It measures approximately 32" L x 14 1/2" W x 13 5/8" H overall. Mounts with (2) 1/4" Dia. x 1/2" L threaded bolts set apart 15 3/8" center to center.
